Boku No Hero Academia

Genre: Superhero, Science Fantasy, Comedy-Drama

My Hero Academia (僕のヒーローアカデミア Boku no Hero Academia) was originally a manga written by Kohei Horikoshi, then it was published by Weekly Shonen Jump. It is quickly becoming a very popular new anime amongst young people because of its art style and story plot.

My Hero Academia is about a world where people are born and develop super powers, then they then grow up to either become heroes or villians. The main character, Izuki Midoriya, grew up idolising All Might and hopes that when he grows up, he too will be become a superhero and save the lives of others. However, the main character, Izuki Midoriya, is one of the rare cases where he was born with absolutely no unique power. But this doesn't stop Izuki.

All Might

Izuki Midoriya goes on to try out for the top superhero University, Yuuei University. And in a random encounter, meets All Might, who then goes on to tell him that he is able to obtain the power he has, because All Might's ability is able to be passed on, his superpower is called "One for All". This is where the journey begins for Izuki Midoriya, finally obtaining his superpower. We watch the story unfold as we follow Izuki Midoriya on his adventures and watch as he grows stronger and stronger into the superhero he always wanted to be.

If you are interested in superheroes, little bit of comedy, or even just the idea of watching someone who has little knowledge and is very weak, become knowledgable and strong, then My Hero Academia is for you.
