Anime originated from the word animation in Japan. It is basically a japanese style cartoon animation of which the audience can be both adult and children.
But anime isn't simply a cartoon that you can watch. It's become a popular culture for people around the world where they have come to love their favorite anime character and even dress up as their favorite character (cosplay) and collect collectibles of their favorite anime.
Because there is a fast growing population that love anime and all things related, we thought we'd like to share with you our knowledge of anime and hope to introduce you to anime as well so you can join the rest of the world and see what the hype is about.
